Hurricane Ian FEMA Disaster Relief Office To Close Friday
The Hillsborough County hurricane disaster relief office is planning to close its doors.

RIVERVIEW, FL — The Federal Emergency Management Administration's Disaster Recovery Center, which offers federal assistance for Hurricane Ian survivors, will close on Friday, Feb. 17.
The center opened an office in October at Hillsborough Community College at The Regent, 6437 Watson Road, Riverview, to help all Florida residents with federal assistance after Hurricane Ian, which struck the state in September.
The Disaster Recovery Center supported Florida residents impacted by Hurricane Ian by helping them with federal assistance, disaster loans and updating applications, and by introducing resources that are available.
