Located at 12974 S. U.S. 301, the 5,660-square-foot restaurant seats more than 180 guests and added more than 60 jobs in Riverview, including servers, cooks and bartenders.Kimberly Velez is the managing partner. LongHorn Steakhouse offers seasoned steaks, chicken and fish. Each restaurant features certified grill masters specially trained in the art of grilling. The new Riverview restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
