Music 'n Art Opens Larger Location in Riverview

For the past two years, Music 'n Art has nurtured a talent in music and art in children and teens.

Now the studio will offer even more services at a larger location in Riverview.

As of May 1, Music 'n Art, previously located on Big Bend Road, has moved to 10732 Ketchum Valley Dr., Riverview.

With more space comes the addition of dance and musical theater programs along with the center's array of music lessons, art classes, tutoring sessions and after-school services.

The expansion also permits Music n' Art's experienced teachers and instructors to prepare students for recitals and productions.

“At Music 'n Art, learning is a fun experience," said owner Sohee Wilson. "Our instructors are full of positive energy and have a great attitude that helps students enjoy learning. It is due to the support of parents, success of students and dedication of instructors that we can grow into the new location."

The center offers private music lessons in guitar, piano, vocal, drums, violin, viola, cello, saxophone and Korean drum. 

Art classes, including drawing and painting, are available for ages 3 and up. 

Ballet, jazz, hip hop, zumba and musical theater programs cater to age 11 to adult.

In addition, the center offers tutoring in many subjects for students in kindergarten through college, including chess and Korean calligraphy.

Music n' Art is currently accepting registration for its summer camp for students in kindergarten through 12th grade. All programs will run from June 10 to Aug. 2.
