Possession Of Child Porn Indictment Handed Down Against Wimauma Man

James Falzone is accused of possessing photos of children being sexually abused, according to a federal court judge.

TAMPA, FL — United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announced the return of an indictment charging James Falzone, 55, of Wimauma with receipt of child sex abuse materials and possession of child sex abuse materials.

If convicted on all counts, Falzone faces a minimum mandatory penalty of five years and up to 40 years in federal prison.

According to the indictment, on Oct. 18, 2022, Falzone received a visual depiction of a minor being sexually abused. Additionally, Falzone possessed material that depicted young children being sexually abused.
