Riverview Early Voting Ends Sunday, Where To Drop Off Ballots

Here's your reminder of voting deadlines in Riverview for early voting, mail-in-ballots, drop off ballots and Election Day.

BLOOMINGDALE — RIVERVIEW, FL — Early voting in the Bloomingdale — Riverview area ends on Sunday, two days before Election Day.

Early voting offices are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

  • Bloomingdale Regional Public Library, 1906 Bloomingdale Ave., Valrico

Health and safety measures that follow the Center for Diseases Control guidelines are in place at all locations, according to the supervisor of elections.

Mail-In-Ballots

Since Election Day is less than a week away, as of Friday, the Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections Office recommends dropping off your mail-in-ballot at a drop off location rather than mailing since ballots are due by Nov. 3 at 7 p.m. Ballots received by mail after Nov. 3 will not be counted.

Election Day

If you plan on heading to the polls on Nov. 3, and aren't sure yet where you're supposed to vote, check your voting precinct here. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day.

If you try to vote at the wrong polling place, your vote will not count.

In order for your vote to count, you must be in line at 7 p.m. If you get in line after 7 p.m., your vote will not count.

Bring one or two forms of current identification that include your signature and photo. Without proper identification, you may still vote a provisional ballot, which will later be evaluated by a canvassing board for eligibility. Any of the following forms of photo identification are acceptable:

  • Florida Driver License
  • Florida ID Card issued by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles
  • U.S. Passport
  • Debit or Credit Card
  • Military ID
  • Student ID
  • Retirement Center ID
  • Neighborhood Association ID
  • Public Assistance ID
  • Veteran Health ID (issued by VA)
  • Concealed Weapon License (issued pursuant to s. 790.06)
  • Government Employee ID
