Riverview Man Sees 'Avengers: End Game' 191 Times, World Record
A Florida man set a world record by watching "Avengers: End Game" nearly 200 times. The gym trainer spent 611 hours at the movies.

RIVERVIEW, FL — A Riverview man watched "Avengers: End Game" 191 times and now holds the Guinness World Record title for "The Most Cinema Productions Attended - Same Film.”
"I wanted to break the record of the current record holder at the time, which was 103 times with 'Avengers Infinity War', and make history with 'End Game,' the closing movie of the Infinity Saga," Ramiro Alanis, Guinness World Book of Record holder, told Patch.
Alanis said he feels very proud for the record after everything it took to reach it, and waiting for almost two years for it to become official.

"I'm Officially Amazing" he tweeted March 16, a reference to the Guinness slogan.
"End Game" came out on April 26, 2019. According to Statista, movie prices were a little more than $9 at the time, which means Alanis spent more than $1,700 on tickets for the film, which doesn't include popcorn and soda.

Alanis is also a personal trainer, and the movie runs about three hours, so he sacrificed 611 hours (25 days) with his clients and his family to break the record.
By June 14, 2019, Alanis had reached 116 viewings while working as a supervisor at his family's construction business, Entertainment magazine reported.
"I had bought tickets to watch it five times on the opening weekend so I wouldn't miss a thing," he told CNN. "Then, I started going every single day, posting my rounds or views because I really love the film."
Alanis shared his excitement earlier in March on Twitter:
