Riverview Man Thrown From Car, Killed In Brandon Crash
A Riverview man who was a passenger in a car was killed Friday morning on State Road 618 after the car he was in flipped over, troopers said

BRANDON, FL — A 27-year-old Riverview man who was a passenger in a car was thrown from the vehicle and killed Friday morning in Brandon, Florida Highway Patrol said.
Authorities said the car was driven by a 23-year-old Riverview man on Interstate-75 northbound. The car took the westbound entrance ramp to State Road 618 at about 4:36 a.m. when the car left the road and flipped over, according to investigators. The passenger was thrown from the car when it flipped over, and the driver was partially thrown out of the vehicle.
The passenger was killed at the location, troopers said. Serious injuries were experienced by the driver and he was taken to a local hospital.
