Man Tore Down Screen Door, Entered Residence, Authorities Say
A Bradenton man was arrested and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling after the residents watched him allegedly tear down the front screen door and enter the Bradenton residence, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

A Bradenton man was arrested and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling after the residents watched him allegedly tear down the front screen door and enter the Bradenton residence, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.
According to the sheriff's report, the victims were inside the 5100 Block of 22nd Street Court East residence early Sunday morning, when they saw Blake L. Fitzpatrick, 24, allegedly tear down the door and enter the residence. A fight reportedly occurred in the residence and Fitzpatrick ended up with lacerations to his face, then Fitzpatrick fled the residence in a vehicle, the report stated.
The victims called the sheriff's office and Fitzpatrick was found in a vehicle with an unnamed individual in the Fifteenth Street East and University area, officials said.

Fitzpatrick was arrested on the charge of unarmed burglary of a structure, according to online sheriff's records.
