Manatee County Early Voting 2016: Where to Cast Your Ballot

Manatee County voters who want to beat the Nov. 8 rush can take advantage of early voting through Nov. 5.

BRADENTON, FL — Manatee County voters with no desire to stand in lines on Nov. 8 can cast their ballots in the 2016 general election starting Monday, Oct. 24. The county’s early voting period runs through Saturday, Nov. 5.

Early voting locations established by the Manatee County Supervisor of Elections Office are open 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Oct. 24-Oct. 30 and from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Oct. 31 until Nov. 5. Here are the locations early voters can cast their ballots:

Lakewood Ranch Town Hall

In order to vote in the general election, people must have registered on or before Oct. 18, 2016. Voters should bring a current and valid photo and signature ID with them to the polls. Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to, a Florida driver’s license or state identification card, public assistance ID, military ID and concealed weapons license.
