Master Plan For John Marble Park To Be Discussed
Manatee County's master plan for John Marble Park will get a public airing on Monday.

BRADENTON, FL — Manatee County Parks and Natural Resources Department will host an open house from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 3 to preview the county's master plan for John Marble Park. The event will be held at John Marble Park gymnasium, according to county officials.
"Several projects are being planned to replace the existing gymnasium, expand the pool deck, replace the existing tennis courts and replace the existing parking lot as well as several other facility upgrades," county officials explained.

"This is a chance for the public to influence the final design," added Parks' Recreation Manager Matt Porter. "Comments during this open house will help us fine tune plans and prioritize improvements."
If you cannot make the meeting, county officials request that you complete a survey regarding the planned improvements at the park, which is located at 3675 53rd Ave. E. in Bradenton.
