A Sunday Dinner in Napoli!

Rolling Pin Kitchen Emporium welcomes Chef Cinzia Cripe (pronounced Chinsia) to the Culinary Center Saturday, June 29 at 6 p.m. 

Chef Cinzia was owner of Luna Rossa restaurant in Brandon for a number of years.  But her real experience is in the cooking with her mother, aunts and grandmother.  Chef will not only cook an amazing meal, but will share the stories and rich history of the dishes for old Italy.  

The menu will include baked ziti, meat ragu, eggplant parmigiana and Macedonia di frutta al Limoncello.

The cost is $50.
