Jessica Simpson 60 Pounds Lighter, in Tampa at International Plaza Dillard's

Jessica Simpson got a jump on her New Year's resolutions with a 60-pound weight loss touted at a Tampa appearance Nov. 17, at the Dillard's at the International Plaza mall, according to news reports.

Jessica Simpson tweeted Saturday at 7:04 a.m. that she was in Tampa, "going to Dillard's International Plaza from 1-4 today . . . Come meet us!"

Later that day, news outlets reported on the singer's post-baby weight loss, including People online, which noted that "just more than six months after welcoming daughter Maxwell Drew on May 1 with fiancé Eric Johnson, Jessica Simpson has lost more than 60 lbs. – and she doesn't need to wear anything more revealing than a pair of boot-cut jeans to prove it."

Simpson is a spokesperson for Weight Watchers, which has a local store in Brandon, at 1975 West Lumsden Road. Meeting times for this store (see below) and other locations are posted online and can be accessed as well by calling 1-800-374-9191. In both instances, searches are by ZIP code.
