Kenneth A. Jackson, 85, of Valrico, died March 28.
Jackson was known as a master baker who loved to share his creations with everyone he knew.
He is survived by his family, daughter, Catherine Lopez; grandson, Jamie Lopez; stepchildren, Eddie “Renegade Man” Chancey and Debbie Chancey; brother, Vincent Jackson; niece, Kim (Alan) Miranne; nephew, Wade Jackson; grandnieces, Jennifer and Kristen Miranne; extended family, Betty and Richard Peltier; and granddog, Millie.
