Donna Marie Knotts passed to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Friday, May 31, at her home in Brandon.
She was born June 23, 1941, in Penn Yan, NY, to Edith and Wilbur Hurlbutt.
Donna was an artist, teacher and loving mother. She attended and taught Mission Friends at Bell Shoals Baptist Church and volunteered with the Brandon Regional Hospital Auxiliary.

She loved to garden, spend time at the beach and be surrounded by family and friends.
She is survived by her friend and companion, Ron Pieczkowski; her four children, Jill Crosby of Marietta, GA, Beverly Dittmar of Plant City, Ronnie Knotts Jr. of Marietta, GA, and Jennifer Carey of Riverview; brother, Jim Hurlbutt; nine grandchildren; and many family and friends.

Her memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 4 at 2 p.m. at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home in Riverview.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Joyce Myer Ministries, the American Lung Association or LifePath Hospice.
