Brandon Massage Envy Ranked in Top 1 Percent for Service

Massage Envy in Brandon has long boasted of its great customer service, and now it has proof.

The Brandon studio recently received the Excellence in Customer Service award at the Massage Envy Annual Franchisees Conference, placing the Brandon clinic in the top 1 percent for customer service in the company. 

Located in the Brandon Crossroads at 2092 Badlands Dr., the Brandon Massage Envy is one of only eight recipients out of nearly 900 clinics nationwide.

"I'm very proud of my team. Our therapists are among the best in the industry,” said Massage Envy – Brandon owner Steve Plattner. “Their dedication and experience allow us to help our clients in a variety of ways; from relaxation to therapeutic rehabilitation."

The Brandon clinic exceeded the company’s expectations in several categories including customer service survey results and customer satisfaction resolution rates in 2012.

"We receive feedback from our clients on a daily basis. Our reward comes every day in the help our team provides clients,” Plattner said. “But recognition on a national basis is a welcome and much appreciated bonus."

Massage Envy – Brandon was also voted Best of Brandon 2012.

“We appreciate all of our members and guests. Their feedback is critical to our team’s success,” manager Jen Parrish said. “Winning this national customer service award is both humbling and motivating.”
