Leadership Brandon To Host Annual Casino Night

BRANDON, FL – For the 18th straight year, Leadership Brandon invites the public to let the good times roll for a good cause.

The Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Brandon Class of 2017 will host its annual Casino Night on Friday, Sept. 8 from 6:30 to 11 p.m. The event will take place at The Regent, 6437 Watson Road in Riverview.

The event is an annual fundraiser for Leadership Brandon, a 10-month professional development program sponsored by the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce. This year’s theme is a Black & White party.

Casino Night features casino-style gaming, a DJ, and open bar and a silent auction. The event, which typically draws several hundred people, also features raffle items like a 50/50 raffle, the Chest of Cheer and the Tower of Beer.

“Casino Night makes a great date night, or a girls/guys night out, and it’s a wonderful way to meet other businesses and network in the Brandon community,” said Melissa Baldwin, a graduate of the Leadership Brandon Class of 2017.

Pre-sale tickets are $50 through Sept. 1, when the price rises to $65 per person. Leadership Brandon is also looking for silent auction donations and sponsorships for Casino Night. Donations of merchandise, services or gift certificates are welcome. Donations must be received by Friday, Aug. 25.
