• Meet the first babies born in the Tampa Bay area in 2026 (fox13news.com) — Brandon families can celebrate that HCA Florida Brandon Hospital welcomed its first baby of 2026, little Jack Theodore Gariepy, just after 1 a.m. on New Year’s Day. Both of Jack’s parents are ICU nurses at the hospital, making his arrival an especially meaningful milestone for the Brandon medical community and their coworkers.
