Secret Sex Video Lands 4 Kids In Trouble
Four Burns Middle School students have been arrested for allegedly recording and then sharing a sex video.

BRANDON, FL — Four Burns Middle School students face criminal charges after Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies say a girl under the age of 14 was secretly recorded performing a sex act. While one of the students is accused of making the recording, the other three stand accused of sharing it on their cellphones and over social media.
According to the sheriff’s office, the mother of the victim contacted authorities on March 27 to report the existence of the video. Authorities say one of the students arrested, a 12-year-old boy, recorded the victim performing a sex act on him around 5 p.m. March 18. The two were in a dressing room at the Westfield Brandon JCPenney store when the video was shot without the girl’s knowledge, a May 26 email from the sheriff’s office said.

At some point between the time the video was recorded and March 26, deputies say the boy shared the video with a 14-year-old boy. The teenager is then accused of posting the video on an Instagram account. At that point, two girls, both 12, also shared the video on their Instagram accounts.
The boy who recorded the video has been charged with production of child pornography and transmission of child pornography. The 14-year-old boy was found to still be in possession of the video and now faces promotion of child pornography, transmission of child pornography and possession of child pornography charges.
