Seffner Walmart Armed Robber Sought, Video Released

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office seeks the public's help in capturing the armed robber who stole cash from a cashier at the Walmart on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in the Greater Brandon community of Seffner.

 

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office wants the public’s help in finding the man who robbed at gunpoint a cashier at the Walmart store on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Seffner.

The armed robber, believed to be 17-25 years old, with medium build and black hair, was last seen wearing sunglasses, a mid-thigh camouflage jacket, T-shirt, blue jeans, white tennis shoes and dark-cloth gloves. He stands between 5 feet 8 and 5 feet 11 and weighs 150-180 pounds.

A black semi-automatic pistol was the weapon used in the approximately 11 p.m. robbery May 11 at 11720 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., according to the sheriff’s report.

The robber reportedly showed the weapon and demanded money, which the cashier then placed into a plastic bag that the robber had been carrying. The robber fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
