Voyeurism: Seffner Man Peeped Under Dressing Room Door, Deputies Say
A 51-year-old Seffner man is accused of peeping at a home trying on clothes in a Brandon store.

BRANDON, FL — A 51-year-old Seffner man was arrested Thursday evening after Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies say he was caught on surveillance video looking under a dressing room door.
According to the agency, the incident that led to Jack Richard Tempfer’s Jan. 5 arrest began to unfold shortly before 5 p.m. Deputies were called to the 1106 E. Brandon Blvd. Goodwill store after customers reportedly caught Tempfer looking under a door while a woman tired on clothes.
Deputies detained Tempfer, who insisted the 50-year-old woman was his girlfriend and he was at the store to pick up clothes, an email from the agency said.
