Woman Killed in State Road 574 Crash
An elderly woman was killed over the weekend while walking on State Road 574.
TAMPA, FL — A 75-year-old Tampa woman is dead following a Dec. 3 crash on State Road 574.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Elda Munoz was walking northbound on S.R. 574 around 7:15 p.m. near Coconut Palm Drive. At that time, a Ford F250 driven by James Hrybinczak, 53, of St. Petersburg was traveling west in the outside lane of S.R. 574.
Troopers say Munoz walked into Hrybinczak’s path and was struck. She died at the scene.
