• Police: Palm Coast woman hit Public Safety Officer with vehicle while kids were crossing (wesh.com) — A Bunnell Public Safety Officer directing traffic near Bunnell Elementary was struck in the leg by a car Monday morning after stepping into the crosswalk to help children and parents cross East Moody Boulevard. Police say the driver briefly stopped, yelled at the officer, then accelerated and fled; the officer was shaken but not physically injured, and charges are pending.
