Carrollwood-Northdale React To Elections Via Social Media

Their responses were as varied as the people who call the expansive stretch of Carrollwood and Northdale home. On Tuesday after the news had sunk in we took to our Carrollwod-Northdale Patch Facebook page to get a sense of what our readers thought of Tuesday night's election results.

The question: Now that we're all awake, what is your reaction to last night's election?

Here's what they had to say....

"Severe disappointment and disillusionment with the American people. Sadness that they chose voting for revenge and fear mongering," wrote Kelley Vance.

Tammi Whittaker Dial agreed with Vance writing, "Disgrace..disgusted."

Andrea Arias College had another take writing, "It would be nice if we were all AWAKE. There wouldn't be so much hate and judgment. Glad science, logic, equality and freedom prevailed."

Jennifer Lynn chimed in with, "I'm awake. The weather is great. Just spent more than 15 minutes driving and looking for a parking place and got excited when I saw one until I noticed someone else waiting for it. I said, "should I take it anyway?" And my son asked, "WWJD?"..so I drove another minute and got a space right up front!"

Denise Sarah wrote, "DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! In the stupidity Of the voters in this country. You'll be sorry."

Susan Short Bramer wrote this, "Happy and relieved!"
