After operating a successful local drama program in the Tampa area for over three years, on behalf of Doug Howard CEO of Drama Kids, president Charlie Kerr presented Faith Clark, the owner of Drama Kids of Hillsborough County, “Owner of the Year” award at the annual National Drama Kids Conference.

"With all of the incredible owners that we have, I was truly shocked at the news. It's incredible to be a part of such a creative, talented group of people that all share in the same passion,” said Faith. “I truly believe that our company is making an immeasurable impact on the lives of our students and I am so proud to be a part of it."

This is actually the third award for the drama program. Faith’s program was also the recipient of the Drama Kids of Tampa Bay’s Summer Camp Award, which recognized their 2018 Summer Camp programming, Dreams Take Flight. In this program, local students became part of a two-week long adventure learning improv, dramatic movement, and scripted scenes, while their Broadway Bound students were busy working on Disney’s Peter Pan, Jr. to present at the close of camp.
