Florida Blood Services Offers Free Movie Tickets for Donations
The nonprofit blood services organization is looking for blood donors on Labor Day weekend.
If you want to give blood this month, Florida Blood Services, which has a Northdale location at 15427 N. Dale Mabry Highway, is encouraging donors to give during Labor Day weekend.
As an incentive, special promotions are being held that weekend in north Tampa, from a free movie ticket to gift cards.

- Give blood on Friday, Aug. 31 or Saturday, Sept. 1 at select movie theatres from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. and receive a free movie ticket at select theatres.
- Give blood on Sunday, Sept. 2 or Monday, Sept. 3 at select Walmart stores from 11:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. and get a free $10 Walmart gift card.
- Give blood on Monday, Sept. 3 at various FBS donor centers and get a free movie ticket.
