Should Money Be Used for Bucs Facility or Parks and Roads?

Years ago, voters in Hillsborough County passed a half-cent sales tax that was used to pay for Raymond James Stadium, where the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play.

A $12 million practice facility for the team was to be built once the Bucs deeded the complex to the Tampa Sports Authority, which the team has yet to do, according to the Tampa Bay Times.

In a cash crunch, county commissioners say the money could be used for children's programs or roads, and have voted to begin taking back the money.
