Hillsborough County commissioners say $12 million set aside for a practice facility for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers could be used for other purposes

Years ago, voters in Hillsborough County passed a half-cent sales tax that was used to pay for Raymond James Stadium, where the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play.
In a cash crunch, county commissioners say the money could be used for children's programs or roads, and have voted to begin taking back the money.
