Beau Rivage Charter Air Service Offers Flights From Clearwater

BILOXI, Miss. – Charter air service and all-inclusive vacation packages offered by MGM Resorts International has resumed from Clearwater to Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, the AAA Four Diamond beachfront resort on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Flights on board a Boeing 737-800 Sun Country Airlines aircraft will fly from St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) to Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport (GPT) with enhanced health and safety protocols implemented.

Three and four-night vacation packages are available and include round-trip airfare, deluxe accommodations, ground transportation between the Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport and Beau Rivage and $50 in FREEPLAY. Packages start at $439.99 per person, double occupancy, plus taxes and fees and are limited and subject to availability. Comfort Class upgrades are available for an additional fee.

For the health and safety of passengers and team members, airline employees are required to wear masks. All passengers are required to wear face coverings while in the airport and on the aircraft. New health and safety measures on board include the suspension of beverage service, enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces with additional cleanings of high-use areas such as lavatories, tray tables and armrests and Comfort Class for additional space between passengers. Sun Country’s aircraft are equipped with state-of-the-art circulation systems which use a high-efficiency (HEPA) filter to circulate the air and remove more than 99 percent of airborne particles.

MGM Resorts International’s comprehensive Seven-Point Safety Plan infuses health and safety into the resort experience and includes masks, training and mandatory temperature checks for team members; physical distancing; handwashing stations and enhanced sanitization; HVAC controls and air quality; incident response protocols and digital innovations.

As part of the Mississippi Gaming Commission’s Reopening guidelines, Beau Rivage’s casino floor is open at 50 percent capacity with new protocols based on social distancing and cleaning. Slot machines are configured to allow appropriate physical distancing and plexiglass barriers have been installed at table games. BetMGM Book, Bar & Grill is open for sports wagering, dining, video poker and television viewing. Slots, table games, video poker, sports betting kiosks and the cashier cage are available 24/7.
