Hooters Brand Management Appoints Ruthann Clemons as Vice President of Licensing and Merchandise

Hooters Brand Management announced today the appointment of Ruthann Clemons as Vice President of Licensing and Merchandise. Clemons brings more than 25 years of experience in retail, merchandising, and brand management across the sports and hospitality industries and she will be based in Clearwater, Florida.

In her new role, Clemons will lead licensing and merchandise strategy for the Hooters brand, focusing on brand growth, product development, and retail partnerships.

Prior to joining Hooters Brand Management, Clemons served as Senior Director of Retail for Levy Restaurants Rank+Rally, where she supported retail operations for the Tampa Bay Rays, Tampa Bay Rays Spring Training, and Tampa Bay Rowdies. Her previous experience also includes serving as Director of Buying and Merchandise for Delaware North, the hospitality partner of the Milwaukee Brewers, and as Director of Brand Management and Retail Operations for the Hooters Casino Hotel in Las Vegas.

Clemons began her career at her alma mater, the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she served as Director of Retail for the UNLV Athletic Department. An avid sports fan, she continues to cheer on the UNLV Rebels.

Clemons is married to her husband, Vic, and is the proud parent of three adult children.
