Clearwater, North Tampa Hooters Girls Compete In International Pageant

CLEARWATER, FL — Two employees from the Clearwater and North Tampa Hooters locations earned a spot to compete in the Hooters International Pageant.

Rilee Beltramea, who works at the Clearwater Hooters location, and Iliana Rodriguez, who works at the North Tampa Hooters location, 13606 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, will represent the Tampa Bay market and travel to Lake Tahoe to compete against Hooters Girls from all over the country for the title of 2022 Miss Hooters International and a cash prize of $30,000.

Rodriguez is 20 years old and lives in North Tampa. She has worked at the North Tampa Hooters location for two years. She is currently in the medical program at the University of South Florida studying biochemistry and public health, and is expecting to graduate this fall or spring 2023.

“I love the environment of being around positive people at work. I was so excited to be selected to represent North Tampa; it means the world to me. It is empowering to me to be given this platform through Hooters while also attending medical school,” said Rodriguez.

Beltramea is 22 years old and is a Clearwater native. She has worked at the Clearwater Hooters location for two years.

During her time working at Hooters, Beltramea said she's enjoyed the friendships she has made and the opportunities including being selected to represent Clearwater in this year’s pageant.

“I was speechless. I think this is amazing that they take us out of our comfort zone and help us as we prepare for the pageant. I can’t wait to meet the beautiful girls from all over the country. This will be the opportunity of a lifetime,” said Beltramea, the oldest of seven siblings.

The pageant will take place on June 23 in Lake Tahoe. Stay tuned for ways Tampa area fans can watch and cheer on Rodriguez and Beltramea.
