Boot Camp 4 Emerging Entrepreneurs: Catch the Social Marketing Wave 4 Your Business

The "Catch the Social Marketing Wave 4 Your Business" seminar for emerging entrepreneurs is at 4 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4, at the Clearwater Main Library.

Amy Sauers, a St. Petersburg College of Business associate professor will talk about information on sales for start-up businesses.


This is the third class in a series called “Boot Camp 4 Emerging Entrepreneurs.” The series offers ideas to bolster small businesses in a sluggish economy. 


Sauers specializes in relationship marketing and socio emotional developmental stages as applied to business relationships.

She was a winner in the 2009 StarTec IdeaCamp Contest for her startup, VivaVidi, and won the International Association of Business Communicators Call for Papers. The author of the academic tome Effective Customer Relationship Management: How Emotion Drives Sustainable Success, Sauers reveals the theory, data analysis, and findings of emotion in customer relations management. She has also published an empowerment hypothesis for effective work teams as well as a transformational model of entrepreneurship education.
