CLEARWATER, FL — A gas leak has redirected traffic along U.S. 19 in Clearwater on Monday afternoon, city officials wrote in a Facebook post just before 5 p.m.

A contractor struck a Clearwater Gas line at Curlew Road.

Several lanes of traffic are shut down, as officials tell divers to “find a different way home.”
