Man Crashes Car Into Clearwater Bar; Suffers Minor Injuries

An 87-year-old driver crashed his car into the Two Buks bar in Clearwater about 2:49 p.m. Thursday.

CLEARWATER, FL - An 87-year-old driver crashed his car into the Two Buks bar, 1915 N. Hercules Ave., about 2:49 p.m. Thursday, police said. The driver of the car was taken to Mease Countryside Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The driver was not identified.

No one inside the Two Buks bar was injured. Fire department crews made sure the structural integrity of the building was safe after the crash, police said.
