Ocean Hai at the Wyndam Grand Clearwater Beach, 100 Coronado Drive, Clearwater, will offer a Mother's Day brunch on Sunday, May 14 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Treat mom to a culinary experience featuring a variety of dishes while savoring the Gulf views. Moms will enjoy unlimited mimosas, assorted muffins, pastries and breads, bagels with cream cheese, an omelette station, a hot station featuring pistachio-crusted grouper with saffron hollandaise; braised beef short ribs with roasted root vegetables and bordelaise; herb-crusted airline chicken breast with creamed spinach and roasted artichokes; gouda Dauphinoise; and penne with creamy tomato basil.

The TradeWinds Island Resorts in St. Pete Beach will offer Mother’s Day options in both the Grand Palm Colonnade (lobby) at the TradeWinds Island Grand and RumFish Grill at RumFish Beach Resort, which will be opening at 11 a.m. for the holiday, as opposed to opening just for dinner.

The Grand Palm Colonnade Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet will offer seatings at 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m.

A sampling of the menu includes peel-and-eat shrimp; made-to-order omelet bar; vanilla French toast; quinoa tabbouleh; traditional salad bar; carving station with truffle sea salt crust prime rib and stone fruit chutney-glazed pork loin cured; crab and herb-crusted salmon with blood orange hollandaise; seared chicken breast with wild mushroom marsala and a create-your-own pasta bar.
