National Discount Retailer Opening New Pinellas County Store Soon

CLEARWATER, FL — Five Below, a national discount retailer, is opening its newest store Friday in Clearwater.

The new location is in the Countryside Square shopping plaza at 2539 Countryside Blvd., Unit 7A.

To celebrate the grand opening, Five Below will host a weekend of music, kids’ activities and special prizes, according to a news release.

The first 100 people in line at the store on Saturday will receive a $10 gift card.

The store features “extreme value products spanning exciting and awesome Five Below worlds — Style, Room, Sports, Tech, Create, Party, Candy, and New & Now,” the news release said.

The retailer sells a variety of items including candy and snacks, toys and games, brand name beauty, the latest tech and room décor. Most items range from $1 to $5.

The new Five Below also offers its Party Shop featuring a large variety of helium balloons, décor and favors.

The Clearwater store is open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sundays, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
