Owners Celebrate 2nd Jersey Mike’s Subs Clearwater Location With Free Sub Offer
Coupons for the free sub are available for a donation to two local organization.

CLEARWATER, FL – People looking for a free lunch over the next few weeks can find one – in exchange for a donation – at the newest Jersey Mike’s Subs location in Clearwater.
Franchise owners James Connolly and Bryan Pagen will host a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, Nov. 30 to Sunday, Dec. 11 to support Harborside Christian Church and Leila G. Davis Elementary School.
The owners of the new restaurant, located at 2056-B McMullen Booth Road, will circulate 7,500 coupons offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 donation to the two organizations. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.

Connolly said they are excited to open their newest Jersey Mike’s location in Clearwater.
“At Jersey Mike’s we are committed to making a difference in the community,” he said. “Supporting Harborside Christian Church and Leila G. Davis Elementary School for our grand opening fundraiser is a great opportunity to raise money for a great community and invite customers to try Jersey Mike’s authentic product.”

Since 2010, Jersey Mike’s locations throughout the country have raised nearly $18 million for worthy local charities and have distributed more than 1.5 million free sub sandwiches to help numerous causes. This year, the company’s 6th Annual Jersey Mike’s Month of Giving in March raised more than $4 million for 180 charities throughout the country.
Started in 1956 in Point Pleasant, N.J., Jersey Mike’s now has 1,500 restaurants open and under development nationwide. In 2016, for the third year in a row, the company was named the No. 1 fastest-growing chain in the Nation’s Restaurant News Top 100.
The second Clearwater location is the ninth Jersey Mike’s location for Connolly and Pagan. The two opened their first Jersey Mike’s in Oldsmar in 2009. Their other locations are in Tampa, New Port Richey, St. Petersburg and Pinellas Park.
The new restaurant’s hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week.
