Self-Storage Facility Sells for $4.3 Million

A self-storage facility in Clearwater just sold for $4.3 million.

The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that Quality Self Storage, at 18524 US Highway 19 North, was acquired by a New York limited liability company. 

The owner of the the 53,720-square-foot building was J.B. Baldwin Trustee of Sarasota.

The 12-year-old facility has 478 self-storage units, and the majority are climate-controlled. The self-storage units are under 24-hour digital surveillance.
