Indoor Dining Is Now Open In Cora Gables

No more than six people are allowed to sit together at a table, regardless if they are members of the same family group.

As of Monday, Aug. 31 Coral Gables restaurants have reopened indoor dining rooms, although there are some limits. It is important to remember that restaurants are only allowed to operate at 50 percent capacity and tables must be spaced at least 6-feet apart. Keep in mind there are other social distancing measures when dining indoors, which need to followed:

· Restaurant employees and patrons must use face coverings at all times, except when they are actively eating or drinking.

· No more than six people are allowed to sit together at a table, regardless if they are members of the same family group.

· Only one person is allowed to go inside the bathroom area at a time, and others must wait at their tables, or if permitted, outside the bathroom keeping the 6-feet distancing rule.

· Remember restaurants are required to avoid the clustering of people thus avoid socializing in large groups inside the premises.

· Parents must refrain from letting their children run around the restaurants or between the tables.
