PUBLIX ARREST: Delray Beach Man, 76, Allegedly Knocks Man, 86, To The Ground (bocanewsnow.com) — A 76-year-old Delray Beach resident is facing a battery-on-a-senior charge after an 86-year-old man was allegedly shoved to the ground inside the Publix at Jog Road and Lake Ida, causing head, hip, and elbow injuries. The victim was taken to Delray Medical Center, and deputies later arrested the suspect after a photo lineup identification; a court hearing is scheduled for January 8.
