3) Expect interruptions to the phone service at some of the municipal buildings today. The city is switching over to a new and more efficient phone system, which is being installed at noon. Buildings it may affect: City Hall, Planning and Development, the municipal building and the Dunedin Community Center, according to the city website.

4) If you see a bunch of emergency vehicles and rescue helicopters at Honeymoon Island this morning, don't be alarmed. Emergency repsonders are planning a mock water rescue today. (.)
