Homeless Man Suffers Burns To More Than Half His Body In Clearwater: Reports
A homeless man is being treated after severely burning more than half his body in Clearwater on Christmas Eve night, reports said.
CLEARWATER, FL — A homeless man was severely burned in Clearwater on the night of Christmas Eve, according to multiple reports.
The 34-year-old was found with severe burns to more than half his body in the 1100 block of Druid Road around 11 p.m., WTSP reported.
Because of the extent of his injuries, the man was flown to Tampa General Hospital by AeroMed, according to IONTB.com.

Though the fire’s cause is unknown and being investigated, an accelerant was next to open flames near where he was found, which is an area where homeless people are known to gather, Fox 13 said.
