3) Tonight at the city commission meeting, officials are discussingpossible dredging at Lake Sperry, clean-up at Cedar Creek and also plans for a 24-unit townhome development on Dunedin Causeway and a new auto parts store on Main Street (near County Road 1).

4)  is sponsoring a pet food and toy drive for the Humane Society of Pinellas now through Aug. 4. You can drop pet food donations and other sundries such as kitty litter, toys, blankets, and cleaning supplies at any Feed a Fuzzy Belly any in Dunedin. Organizers wrap up the food drive with an adopt-a-thon at a Pinellas Park Walgreens. 5) If you've got a child who's battled cancer or is still fighting it, you may want to mark your calendar for July 22.
