
These students, all from , have been selected from a very elite group of candidates.Β This year the Youth Guild funded and awarded $12,000, to current high school seniors andΒ $9,000 to winners from previous years who are continuing their college education.
The Guild also awarded a $2,000 scholarship funded by the CityΒ of Dunedin and a $1,000 scholarship funded by the Newcomer's of Dunedin.
This makes a total of $25,000 awarded in scholarships. These funds are the result of the Guild's two major fund raising events, the Annual Holiday Tour of HomesΒ to be held on Dec. 1Β and The Spring Scholarship Luncheon and Fashion Show scheduled for March 2, 2013.

The Guild also recently had its Installation Dinner. The officers are: President Diana Blethen, Vice President Anita Apley, Recording Secretary Suzi Gizzi, Corresponding Secretary Nancy Guinn, and Treasurer Barbara Cooper.
