The Dunedin Public Library is hosting an Author Talk with Lana Harper on Feb. 9 at 7 p.m. This virtual event will feature a conversation with the New York Times bestselling author best known for her series titled, "The Witches of Thistle Grove."   2. Two Dunedin Showcase Kids Theater performances of "Robin Hood and His Merry Men" are scheduled for next month in the Dunedin Community Center. The shows will be on Friday, Feb. 3, at 7 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 4, at 3 p.m. According to the description, "Robin Hood, with the help of his merry men (which are mostly girls) rob from the rich, give to the poor, and save the fair Maid Marian."   3. SHREDFEST 2023, a free, secure paper shredding event, is scheduled for Jan. 28 between 8 a.m. and noon at the Achieva Credit Union located at 1659 Achieva Way in Dunedin. Residents are allowed to bring up to five boxes of documents that need to be shredded. Place the documents in disposable boxes in your trunk before heading to this simple drive-thru event.
