D&J Records is hosting a listening party for the soundtrack to the new "Barbie" movie on July 18 at 7 p.m. Show up in your best Barbie-inspired attire for a chance to show off the wildest pieces in your wardrobe and win the costume contest! They will be serving pink cupcakes and pink drinks to go along with the theme. (Dunedin Patch)
  2. Progressive Arts Theater presents "Carrie: The Musical" with two performances in Dunedin this weekend. The first showing is scheduled for July 14 at 7 p.m. in Helios Hall, followed by a showing on July 15 at 3 p.m. in the Dunedin Community Center. Tickets are available online now for $20 each.
