Blue Jays Clubhouse Being Converted Into City Parks Facility

DUNEDIN, FL — Work got underway Monday on the conversion of the former Blue Jays Clubhouse at 1700 Solon Ave. into the new city of Dunedin parks operations facility.
The project is expected to be completed in May.

Residents in the vicinity should be aware of contractor vehicles and trucks hauling debris during normal working hours Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 15 to Dec. 13.

The truck route will include County Road 1 to Solon Avenue. There will be no road closures and no impact to city services.
