  1. The City Commission has scheduled a Workshop for February 8 at Dunedin City Hall Commission Chambers to review the recommendations for fund appropriations of the estimated $18.3 million the city will receive from the American Rescue Plan Act. In November the City hosted three public input sessions to engage the community on the best use of these funds targeting qualified categories. The Commission will review the recommendations at the workshop starting at 9:00 AM and present its findings. The meeting will be live-streamed on Facebook, YouTube, and Dunedin TV.   2. Several new homes have been listed for sale in the Dunedin area including a 650-square-foot condo in a 55-plus community with one bedroom and one bathroom for $120,000. Additionally, a home on Bayshore Boulevard with three bedrooms and three bathrooms is selling for $675,000, and another on Robinhood Lane with two bedrooms and one bathroom is selling for $315,000.
