Deputies Come To Aid Of Mother Duck In Distress In Dunedin
Pinellas sheriff's deputies came to the rescue, venturing into a storm drain to gather the mother duck's ducklings, which had fallen in.
DUNEDIN, FL — On Memorial Day, dispatch received a call from a resident reporting a mother duck in distress.
Her ducklings had fallen into a storm drain outside of Dunedin Elementary School.
Sergeant Mark Eastty and Cpl. Tyler Busch quickly came to the rescue, venturing into the storm drawin and gathering the ducklings, which they placed in a bucket.
