- Pinellas County deputies came to the rescue of a mother duck in distress Memorial Day weekend, resulting in some adorable photos. Sergeant Mark Eastty and Corporal Tyler Busch responded to a call on Memorial Day from a resident reporting some ducklings had fallen into a storm drain outside of Dunedin Elementary School. The deputies gathered the ducklings in a bucket before reuniting them with their mother. You can check out the photos from their rescue mission at the link. (Dunedin Patch)
- Tickets are now on sale for Finding Nemo Jr., performed by Progressive Arts on June 17 at 2 p.m. in the Dunedin Community Center. - Reboot is hosting an Enchantment Under the Sea Dance on June 9 at 8 p.m. to raise funds for Tampa Bay Waterkeeper, a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring fishable, swimmable, and drinkable water for everyone in the Tampa Bay area. Attendees should dress in their "most enchanting attire" and be prepared for an evening of nostalgia and dancing with special guests. Additionally, a King and Queen of the Sea will be crowned.
