- Toys for Tots in Pinellas County is looking for volunteers, with over 600 spots that need to be filled. Volunteers are needed to sort the toy donations, create gift bags for the children, and deliver the presents. You can reserve your volunteer spot here. This year, toy donations in Dunedin can be dropped off at the Starbucks located at 1785 Main Street. Monetary donations can also be made on the Toys for Tots website. (ABC Action News)
- Many local artists will be in attendance this weekend at the 28th Annual Dunedin Craft Fest. Held along Main Street in downtown Dunedin, you can expect artist booths to include Vibelo Designs of Tampa selling handmade eco-friendly jewelry made from natural resources, Leaves by Jenney selling waterfalls made of hand-formed "leaf fossils," Doggieharness.com selling quality, hand-made dog accessories, SunKissed Candle Company selling hand-poured 100 percent soy candles, and many more. - The City of Dunedin Florida is looking for parade participants for Dunedin's Old Fashioned Christmas & Holiday Parade on December 11. The deadline to submit your application is November 30th. The parade will take place along Main Street and Broadway Avenue where other activities such as carriage rides, train rides, a snow slide, kids crafts, old-fashioned games, storytelling, face painting, street performers and singers, snow flurries, and live music will take place.
