Dunedin Golf Club Sustainability Study Completed
It identifies four possible operating structures for the future management of the club.
DUNEDIN, FL - The city of Dunedin recently completed a Sustainability Study of the Dunedin Golf Club.

The study was performed by the National Golf Foundation.
Phase I was completed in July and included a comprehensive review of all DGC operations, including a facility review, customer and community survey, market analysis, financial status, necessary capital improvements, and performance projections. The study was presented at a City Commission workshop on Aug. 31.

The city subsequently contracted with the National Golf Foundation to enter into Phase 2 – Operating Structures.
The current agreement for the Dunedin Golf Club expires in June 2022.
This study identifies four possible operating structures for the future management of the Dunedin Golf Club with key elements for success and implications including:
- License Agreement
- Full Property Lese
- Management Contract
- Hybrid Option

The findings were presented to the Dunedin Golf Club Board of Directors on Oct.27.
